The name of Cintique has become synonymous with British quality and real comfort. Established in 1908 Cintique is proud to remain a privately owned company.

Cintique maintain a strong environmental policy, purchasing solid ash timber from the managed forests of Europe and Australia. Great care is taken in the manufacturing process in controlling factory emissions and reducing energy waste whilst maintaining a clean and organised factory environment for all employees.

The use of top quality materials allied to the highest level of craftmanship, passed on through generations of furniture makers in the heart of London, ensures a finished product that you will be proud to own.

Top quality solid ash timber is used for all showwood frames. These are manufactured using traditional joinery techniques, including mortise and tenon joints, to ensure each piece of furniutre will stand the test of time.

Cintique have a unique spring system on selected chairs that supports the seat cushions perfectly while offering a sprung edge for durability and true comfort for years to come.

Upholstery Care

Vacuuming and using a gentle brush should be sufficient to keep the upholstery in good condition.

Marlow The Marlowe range offers an elegantly designed solid ash showwood frame with an upholstered platform and back. The sumptuous yet supportive seat and back cushions are fully reversible.
	Mendip The Mendip range offers an elegantly designed solid ash showwood frame with an upholstered platform and back. The sumptious yet supportive seats are complemented by the scatter back cushions which add a contemporary feel to the design. The range features fully reversible cushions.		Oakham The Oakham Collection features a solid ash showwood frame designed in a more modern style offering a generous lumber back cushion, while the supportive seats provide true comfort.
	Rutland The Rutland features a solid ash showwood frame designed in a modern style offering a segmented back cushion, while the supportive seats provide true comfort.		Salisbury The Salisbury range features a solid ash showwood frame with traditional wing design. This is complemented by deep buttoned back cushions.

The buttoned back cushions and the supportive and comfortable seat cushions are all fully reversible.
