The Celebrity Woburn features a deep buttoned back for excellent lumbar support along with padded side wings and a chaise footrest for extra comfort.
The Woburn Grande has a 21 inch (53cm) seat width and additional bracing to the seat springs and will comfortably lift up to 25 stone (158kg).
Available as a fixed chair or a reclining chair with manual or powered actions.
Recliner Information
Celebrity's recliners feature the unique 'wall hugger' action, allowing the recliner to be positioned up to 50mm (2") from any obstruction and still recline safely.
Easy-open, easy-close manual action
The 'easy-open, easy-close' manual recliner action incorporates a geometrically balanced design which uses your own body weight to help move the chair to the recline position that's right for you.
All manual recliners are available in a choice of either lever handle or recessed latch operation (shown right).
Single motor recliner action
The single motor recliner action glides effortlessly to the position of your choice at the touch of a button.
Dual motor recliner action
Due to its unique design the Delta Dual Motor Recliner can be moved to an almost flat bed position, with up to a 25% further reclining position than previously.
Additionally, independent control of the back gives you an almost infinite variety of reclining positions.
All handsets incorporate a RESET button. By pressing and holding the RESET button, this clever feature allows the recliner, no matter what its position, to gently glide back to the rest position and stop.
There is also a heat pad button but this option is only available on powered recliners.

All electrically operated Celebrity recliners are fitted with the following safety features as standard;
- Sprung loaded footrest: reduces the risk of accidental entrapment under the footrest.
- Quick Release handset: Ensures there is no unauthorised use of the recliner e.g. by children. Detaching the handset renders the chair inoperable.
- Emergency Triple Battery Back up: This allows for emergency operation of the powered reclining chair or sofa, should the mains supply fail.
- LED power indicator: Lights instantly to show that power is reaching the chair.
Heat Pad
At Celebrity they are always thinking of ways to make that relaxation experience even more comfortable and nothing is as relaxing as gentle heat permeating your lower back so they have introduced a heat pad option.
Controlled through the new handset, the heat pad is positioned to gently warm the lower back, giving a feeling of comfort and well being, even on chilly evenings.
The heat pad is available on the
powered recliners only.
