The manual reclining chair mechanism is operated by a catch release on the side of the chair. The electric recliner and powerlift chairs are operated by a handset.
The single and twin powerlift recliner chairs will fully recline as well as lift and tilt to allow the person to be brought to a standing position with no effort required.
The single motor has two buttons on the remote to go one way or the other, where the twin motor will allow the user to move the footrest or the back of the chair to the required position independantly.
