How to Order
Before you order:
Before ordering large pieces of furniture please make sure that the dimensions of the ordered product(s) will allow the delivery to the delivery address (including doors, corridors/halls, staircases and corners) and the proposed location (e.g. living room or bedroom). To be sure that we successfully can deliver, and to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs. Where large products are returned as unwanted, we reserve the right to make an extra charge of £60 to cover the return shipping cost.

Order Options:
Select the product you want and decide the options you require such as colour.
You can then place your order through our secure website (SSL = https://) or by telephone or by e-mail.
The estimated delivery times are stated on the product on the website. We will call you to arrange a delivery date.
You can order using the following methods:
- Web site: This is a fast and secure way to order. All major Credit and Debit cards are accepted.
- Telephone: Call us on free phone 0808 1788 211.
- In person at our showrooms: We have showrooms in Burgess Hill and Uckfield.

Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order.
Over the website we accept any of the following methods of payment:
- Credit and debit Cards. Credit cards accepted MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch
- PayPal.
In the shop we accept:
- Credit and debit Cards. Credit cards accepted MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, American Express
- Personal or bank cheques.
- Bank transfers.
For payment by cheque/bank transfer we can only process your order once the payment has cleared.
Online Checkout:
We provide a fast and secure way to order online. Use the ADD TO BASKET button on the product page to add the product to the shopping basket.
This will bring you to the shopping basket. If you like to order another product click CONTINUE SHOPPING. If you made changes in the basket you need to click the UPDATE BASKET button to show the new values.
Once you have all the products you want in the basket click START SECURE CHECKOUT.
This brings you to the DELIVERY page. If your product has free delivery it will be confirmed on that page. If we need to charge for delivery (e.g. for products where we are sure that's the best way to offer you our best price) the delivery costs are displayed.
On the next page we ask for your credit/debit card details. We do not store your card details. They are only used to process your order.
On the next page we show you a PREVIEW of your order. That's before you make any payment. If you are sure that you have the correct product in the basket (e.g. don't forget about the colour) and the correct quantity click the button PLACE ORDER to make payment for your order.
The last page of the online order process is the ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE. Once you see this page you can be sure that we got all the details. Our customer service will contact you to arrange delivery. For made to order or out of stock products you will be contacted as soon as the goods arrive in our warehouse.IMPORTANT NOTICE
PayPal payments: After you have made your PayPal payment, you must click the "Return To Merchant" button that will appear on the PayPal site. That will allow our store to complete your order!
The order confirmation page provides a link to the printable receipt.
