How does it work?

1) Outlast® Adaptive Comfort®

This unique material is stiched into the Maxicool mattresses washable mattress covers. It's unique properties mean that it's full effect is felt through any sheets you may use.

Outlast® Adaptive Comfort® materials will keep you more comfortable by absorbing excess body heat when you create it. Or, alternatively, releasing it when you need it most.

The result? Outlast® products protect against overheating and balances temperature swings that cause restless nights, therefore helping you sleep more soundly.

2) Air Channels

There are vertical and horizonal air channels cut into the top and bottom surfaces of the mattress. This means:-

  • That there are always pockets of air surrounding the body
  • Air can flow through the mattress
  • No compromise on pressure relieving properties - indeed this product is supplied to heath authorities who use the product to reduce pressure points on patients

3) 7cm of 55 kilo memory foam on 13cm high density foam base

  • All the comfort and luxury of memory foam
  • 55kilo foam is highly durable, yet has more open air cells, again encouraging airflow and reduction of heat retention in the foam

4. ACTIGARD

Polycotton, ACTIGARD anti dust mite cover, fully washable at 40 degrees, conforming to Oeko-Tek Standard 100 - this means the cover is permanently free of dust mites, and that the use of ANTIGARD poses no threat to the environment.
