CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be happy with your purchase as we are committed to providing you with the best quality furniture at reasonable prices.
1. If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by telephone on 01273 603741 or email us at info@furniturehut123.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
- In the event that the product has been damaged or mistreated.
- To any products that have been "made to order" specifically for you. In this case we will charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the purchase price.
- The following products cannot be refunded, for hygiene reasons: Mattresses, mattress toppers and pillows.
5. Before ordering large pieces of furniture please make sure that the dimensions of the ordered product(s) will allow the delivery to the delivery address (including doors, corridors/halls, staircases and corners) and the proposed location (e.g. living room or bedroom). To be sure that we successfully can deliver, and to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs. Where large products are returned as unwanted, we reserve the right to make a charge of £60 to cover the return shipping cost.
