  • Collection of the original goods and exchange of the product(s) for an agreed alternative. Should the prices differ, we will either refund or take additional payment for the difference
  • Collection of the original goods and issue of a credit note to spend with us at a later date

    Many of our items are made specifically to your order by the manufacturer. In this case, we reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 50% of the original order price to help cover our costs. If we think we can reasonably resell the product, we will not normally charge this fee. For stock items, we will not charge this fee.

    We reserve the right to charge a small fee to help cover the cost of collecting your goods. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Alternatively, you may arrange to return the goods to us yourself. Please contact us for full address details.

    Please take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your home. Where possible, please retain all packaging for collection purposes.
