Delivery Charges

We charge for delivery based on your shipping address.

We've decided to charge for delivery as it enables us to offer you our best price for sofas, suites, furniture for living, dining & bedroom, beds, mattresses, etc.

The bottom line is that you save money if you order more than one item and you don't pay more if ordering only one and the delivery address is in England (except Cornwall). Any company offering free delivery had the delivery costs built into the cost of each product.

Delivery Charges per order:
England (except Cornwall): £29.50
Scotland, Wales & Cornwall: £59.95
Northern Ireland & Ireland: £150.00.
Other Islands: Please call for details.

  • How long will my goods take to be delivered?
    We know how frustrating it is waiting for your new furniture to arrive once you've ordered it. For this reason, we try to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.

    The estimated delivery times stated on the products are given in good faith by our manufacturers but cannot be guaranteed.

    In-Stock Items

    If your goods are stock items, we will dispatch them immediately via Royal Mail or courier, or for larger items, contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

    Goods made to order

    Most made-to-order products indicate an estimated delivery period. Should an item not specify a delivery period, please contact us for full details:

  • How will my goods be delivered?

    Small to Medium Items

    Once in-stock, these items will immediately be dispatched via courier (usually NightFreight) as appropriate.

    In-Stock items should normally be with you within 2 weeks of placing your order.

    Larger Items – South East England

    Once your goods are in stock, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Delivery will be carried out by our own, experienced, in-house delivery team.

    Larger Items – Nationwide

    Once your goods are in stock, our nationwide delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Delivery will be carried out by a team of experienced, professional and courteous drivers.
